Well~ i don't think it's very hard to make Trainersprites..
my first trys were horrible xD~
i started with recolouring hair and clothes, or removing simple things from the original Sprites, one day i've tried to mix arms/legs and heads from other originals ^^~ well and now i make most parts myself 'D~ or if they fit i use parts from the Nintendo sprites 'D

if you try alot and don't give up, i think everyone is able to make beautiful Trainersprites ^^

Yeah i still fasil at it ^^; i though Adobe photoshop was the answer but since i have no idea how it works it just made thins worse so i just stick to drawing and describeing my OC trainers. ventually i get it though

ah okay~
well i think photoshop is not so good for making Sprites and such, cause it is way too complicated and it may confuse beginners~
i stick to good old Microsoft Paint 'D~
